The Back Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing the administrative functions and back-office operations of the organization. They will be required to work closely with tender teams and departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.

  • Bachelor's degree ior equivalent experience.
  • Experience in administrative or backoffice coordination roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Experience with office software and equipment, mail.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
