Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative with a focus on training and marketing to join our team at Abracket Pvt Ltd.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our existing product sellers, training them and their teams on our current and upcoming products, and assisting them in marketing our products in their respective markets and areas.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for our existing product sellers, establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
- Conduct training sessions for product sellers and their teams to ensure they have a deep understanding of our existing product portfolio, features, and benefits.
- Provide ongoing product training to keep sellers informed about new releases, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to gather and share product information and updates.
- Assist product sellers in developing effective marketing strategies tailored to their specific markets and areas.
- Provide guidance and support to product sellers in implementing marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance of product sellers, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Address productrelated queries and concerns from product sellers in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing our company and products with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:

Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
Experience:
