The opportunity

  • Supports the daytoday activities of the development and engineering team by coding, programming and capturing specifications for a defined project, using developing technical capabilities
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of a relevant solution or infrastructure, ensuring compliance with the relevant standards
  • Translates product requirements into technical requirements and system language
  • Identify improvements and innovations in development processes and methodologies.

Your key responsibilities

  • Responsible to deliver in a hybrid systems environment primarily SAP On-Prem products, SAP Cloud Platform and SAP Cloud products.
  • Responsible to deliver in the Agile process as part of a stable team
  • You are also expected to engage with partners and service providers to clarify any open operational or technical questions, reporting to the EY CT SAP Domain product management function.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements for IBP implementation.
  • Design and configure
    SAP IBP modules, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and sales and operations planning.
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with project teams.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate endusers on
    SAP IBP functionality and best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for data integration, system interfaces, and enhancements.
  • Support system testing, issue resolution, and change management during project implementation.
  • Provide ongoing postimplementation support and system maintenance.
  • Stay updated with the latest
    SAP IBP features, enhancements, and industry best practices.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 57 years of handson experience implementing
    SAP IBP solutions.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and processes.
  • Proficiency in configuring
    SAP IBP modules, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization.
  • Experience with data integration and system interfaces, preferably using SAP HCI (HANA Cloud Integration) or SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
  • Ability to lead workshops, gather business requirements, and design solutions based on industry best practices.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and project teams.

  • SAP IBP certification is a plus.

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Strong analytical capabilities and logical skills, Solution designing experience is a must.
  • Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship. Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
  • Good understanding of agile methodology and scrum processes.
