Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to customers with overdue payments on
their home loans.


  • Communicate effectively to understand reasons for non-payment
and negotiate repayment solutions.


  • Negotiate and establish repayment plans, settlements, or
alternative solutions to recover outstanding amounts.


  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding payment options.

  • Maintain a professional and empathetic approach during
conversations with customers.


  • Address customer concerns, inquiries, and disputes related to
outstanding payments.


  • Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions,
agreements, and payment arrangements.
