    Role Description
    This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager at Etherea Coworking. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing budgets, analyzing financial data, managing financial risks, and providing financial insights and recommendations. They will also work closely with the leadership team to develop financial strategies and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

    Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
    • Experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
    • Proficiency in financial software and tools
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
    • Knowledge of Tally is mandatory
    • Experience in the real estate/Co-working industry is a plus
