Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative with expertise in B2B Software


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects to generate leads and identify opportunities for software service sales
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings with decisionmakers and key stakeholders
  • Understand clients' business needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals
  • Follow up with clients and prospects to ensure customer satisfaction and build long
- term relationships

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in
CRM software

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Software Service Sales, or IT sales
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and understand their business needs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in using CRM software to manage sales pipeline and customer interactions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.

Salary:
₹40, ₹75,000.00 per month
