**Roles and Responsibility
Job Title:
BIM Modeler
Experience Required: 3-5 Years
Notice Period: 15 days to Immediate
Location:
Pune
BIM engineers from IBMS, MEP, ELV engineering services and Telecom domain.
Educational criteria :
Preferred B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil only if he/she is not from Architectural and structural projects/domain exp.
Mandatory skills:
- BIM Modelling/BIM Modeler Engineers.
- Have worked on BIM Family creation, types generic & parametric, loadable. BIM Family creation using catalogs method.
- Experience in LOD details difference for family(M).
- Should be good in IBMS(Integrated Building Management System) projects.
- AUTOCAD, Drafting, Panel GA Drawings, Wiring drawings(M).
