Position:
Counselling And Coordinating Executive
Location:
Bangalore (On-Site)
Compensation (For Post Graduates):Based on Skill set
Compensation (For Trainees):Based on the skillset
Work Timings:
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 PM to 5:30 PM
Eligibility:
Must have completed the 6-months Fellowship Program at Asha The Hope

Roles and Responsibilities
Provide counselling over online and offline mediums.- Maintain regular therapy reports and documents of counselling sessions.
- Conduct awareness and sensitization programmes at different sites.
- Coordinating and training interns.
- Develop userfriendly content for our portal.
- Structuring training based modules Desired Skills and Competencies
- Must hold a Master's in Counselling/Clinical Psychology from recognized university with a
- Excellent Communication skills
- English and 1 other regional language (would be appreciated).
- Willingness to get trained on topics, even on a short notice. Also, to unlearn and relearn.
- Good content knowledge (Verbal and written communication, Time management, conflict
- Must be fluent with technology for counselling delivery, documentation, and helping enhance our
- Must be comfortable with public speaking, designing and conducting workshops.
- Comfortable and confident with at least one therapeutic model.
- Has the capacity to work with clients who may be suicidal/ high risk/ distressed
- Has taken supervision for previous counselling work.
- Has a basic understanding of transference and countertransference in their work.
- Help clients process their psychological concerns and plan goals and action accordingly.
