About the Position:

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on tissue paper converting and wet wipes machinery.

Quickly diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults to minimize downtime.

Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving to resolve issues with all plant machines.

Work closely with the production team to improve machine efficiency and reliability.

Implement and maintain a comprehensive maintenance program for all equipment.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.


Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, preferably in a tissue paper converting or wet wipes manufacturing environment.

Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and industrial automation.

Familiarity with PLC programming and control systems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle critical breakdowns with mínimal downtime.

Good communication and teamwork skills.


Preferred Qualifications:
Technical certification or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices.

Knowledge of health and safety practices in an industrial setting.

Flexibility to work in shifts and be on call for emergencies.
