Primary Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in automotive engineering, with a focus on designing and releasing cooling system components for electrified vehicles.
  • Strong understanding of cooling system components, such as radiators, condensers, fans, pumps, and associated hardware.
  • Proficiency in using Unigraphics NX or Catia V5 for component design and modeling.
  • Experience with Vis Mockup and TeamCenter for collaborative design and visualization.
  • Familiarity with Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools and techniques.
  • Sound knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes.
  • Ability to create, maintain, and manage DVP&R and DFMEA documents to ensure component quality and reliability.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, ensuring adherence to program timing milestones.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams.
  • Strong leadership skills to lead and manage relationships with suppliers.
  • Knowledge of Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) principles is advantageous.
