Main Tasks

  • Ensuring effective implementation of 7Step Customer Care Process through TDMS Usage
  • Proper Listening of Customer Needs & Preparation of Repair Order accordingly highlighting the prime concern and using Diagnostic Chart
  • Appropriate calculation / communication of Delivery Time
  • Promote Service Appointment system to maximize the facility and manpower capacity utilization
  • Ensure vehicle care through use of vehicle protection materials (Seat Covers, Floor Mats, etc.)
  • Provide Clear Cost Estimate / Work to be done detail
  • Monitor the work progresses and keep customers informed of changes to cost and completion times
  • Create precise itemized customer invoices and compare with estimate
  • Actively promote the services and benefits of the dealers service and Service parts departments to all customers
  • Explain & Enquire suitable method to customers for Post Service Follow Up
  • Take all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints in the shortest possible time and take preventive measures to control complaints
  • Ensure Customers' vehicles are clean and ready with prime item and other works having done according to the promised completion time
  • Regular Customer Database Updation at CTDMS
  • Ensuring usage of tools (Key to Peace of Mind, Maintenance guide, etc) for proper explanation to the customer
  • Generation of Body & Paint Repair Estimation, Negotiation with Surveyor, Final Survey (for Body & Paint Job only)
  • Ensuring PDCA Concept in the all the activities
  • Practice & Promote Kaizen Activities

Salary:
₹12, ₹16,245.00 per month
