Roles & Responsibilities:
- Calling prospects and understanding their requirements.
- Scheduling one on one meetings with customers to provide solutions specific to their needs.
- Driving site visits and assisting in shortlisting the appropriate options.
- Using knowledge, analytics & experience to consult and advise.
- Taking strong followup of potential prospects and ensuring closures.
- Documenting the complete lead journey on CRM for records.
- Ensuring Customer delight each and every time.
- Minimum 6 months of Real Estate Pre-Sales Experience.
- Good Communication skills
Good at building relationships
- Good at negotiations and convincing.
- Good persuasion skills.
Important have below skil:
- Must know to speak excellent English language
- Minimum 6 months outbound sales, lead generation, presales, tele-calling
- Excellent at convincing and persuasion skills
- Should be 12th pass
- Must be looking for full time opportunity and long prospect.
Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
