Provide service and customer support over the call- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- To make the calls to the clients/ Customers on daily basis
- Document processes
- Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
- Build positive relationships with customers
Salary:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
