Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential business opportunities or partnerships to promote company growth

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

Develop sales strategies and proposals to win new business

Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations

Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive insights

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development initiatives

Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to senior management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

Proven experience in business development or sales role

Strong communication and presentation skills

Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities

Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset

Ability to work independently and effectively manage time

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Pay:
₹12, ₹37,489.01 per month
