Job Brief:

To collect and analyze financial data, manage financial risks and create policies that support the organisation's economic security.

Responsibilities

Collecting, analyzing, reporting, presenting and forecasting financial data
Monitoring and assessing the finances of each department within an organization and the organization as a whole
Advising management on effective business strategies to reduce costs and increase revenue
Reviewing operational and product costs and payments for healthcare services
Supervising insurance claims and compensation processes
Making decisions about investments, such as the physical expansion of an organization, medical equipment or laboratory services
Developing budgets and create short and longterm business plans
Negotiating contracts with health insurance companies
Tracking risks and creating innovative solutions, including upgrading medical technologies and systems
Ensuring adherence to tax and legal regulations involving reporting and other financial activities
Analyzing market trends to establish prices for medical services
Directing funds toward medical research
Manage the finance team and coordinate with the auditors and Company secretary to ensure Financial Complaince.

Play a crucial role in the success of business and organizations.
