Job Description:


As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining our products or services, and persuading them to purchase.

You will need to be persuasive, confident, and able to handle rejection.


Responsibilities:


  • Making outbound calls to potential customers to explain our products or services and persuade them to make a purchase
  • Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate records of all calls made and sales achieved
  • Following up with customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints
  • Maintaining knowledge of our products or services and any promotions or discounts
  • Identifying and escalating any issues to management for resolution
  • Participating in training sessions and staying updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Providing feedback to management on customer needs and concerns.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service or sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to persuade and influence others
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

Salary:
₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
