Job Description:
Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) with experience in business strategy, planning, analysis, growth change management, budgeting, valuation, and MIS dashboards for decision-making.
What We Are Looking For:
Responsibilities:
Government Liaisoning:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and government officials in the healthcare industry.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events involving government representatives.
- Conduct research and analyze government policies, regulations, and initiatives relevant to our organization.
- Prepare briefing materials and reports for the MD on governmentrelated matters.
- Public Relations (PR)
Making:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across various channels.
Medical Regulatory Bodies:
- Stay updated with the regulations and guidelines of relevant medical regulatory bodies.
- Assist in obtaining necessary approvals, licenses, and certifications from these bodies.
- Liaise with medical professionals, industry associations, and regulatory authorities as needed.
Documentation and Administrative Support:
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for the MD.
- Manage the MD's calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange travel itineraries.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Handle confidential information and always maintain strict confidentiality.
- Continuously analyze the competitive landscape and industry trends, providing strategic recommendations to achieve sustained market leadership.
Project Support:
- Assist the MD in overseeing and coordinating various projects.
- Conduct research, collect data, and provide analysis on projectrelated matters.
- Prepare project status reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate projectrelated meetings and follow up on action items.
- Prepare impactful business presentations for Clevel executives.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, public relations, healthcare administration).
- Proven 3+ years' experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting highlevel executives.
- Strong understanding of government processes, regulations, and protocols.
- Familiarity with medical regulatory bodies and their requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
