Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field years of progressive experience in QA and software testing roles. - Proven expertise in Salesforce QA, with hands-on experience in Salesforce testing methodologies and best practices. - Strong proficiency in using the Provar testing tool for Salesforce automation. - Extensive experience in manual and automation testing, including mobile and IoT testing. - Proficiency in scripting languages, particularly VB scripting. - Solid project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage QA projects from initiation to completion. - Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills. - Experience in requirements gathering, scope definition, and business process improvement. - Leadership skills to lead and mentor a team of QA engineers. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
