Role:
Executive - HRBP

Reporting to:
Manager HRBP**
Location: Andheri, Mumbai


Experience: 3 to 6 years


Qualification:
Post Graduation in HR (Full time/Part Time)

  • Responsible for handling employee cycle.
  • Preferably from pharma/ manufacturing / FMCG.
  • Acts as a single point of the contact. Should have zeal to drive employee engagement, must have experience in employee engagement & employee retention.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Experience of prioritizing task.
  • To initiate and coordinate employee participation and engagement initiatives.
  • To initiate Motivational and welfare activities.
  • To monitor timely completion of annual appraisal process and monthly confirmation appraisal.
  • Responsible for monitoring completion of Exit Interviews, Clearance formalities, issuing relieving letters.
  • Good in listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be well versed with MS Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Should have knowledge of KRA/KPI.
  • Should be team player.
  • If worked for company objective, vision, mission will be an added advantage.
