You will:
- Strategically assess and recommend project and technical content needs for our web sites using our CMS Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Digital Asset Manager.
- Will work with internal teams on client programs with a focus on content effectiveness and user experience.
- Create a partnership building relationships with internal global clients.
- Check and validate content work carried out by our development partners.
- Work with Jira as a project management tool for bug tracking and reporting to resolve issues resulting from content development.
- Manage Workamajig ticketing system for incoming requests, triaging and project work.
- Liaise with development partners as required for ongoing template development and to resolve issues.
- Support web quality assurance activities including accessibility, broken links, misspellings, etc.
- Be responsible to add new features and enhancements to the web client experience as needed.
- Role will be aligned to EMEA / USA (Eastern Time Zone) working day
Qualifications
As a Content Author, you have:
- At least 2-4 years content management system experience and familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS in a B-to-B environment.
- Understanding of basic HTML (although use within CMS is limited).
- Confidence enforcing governance and standards to maintain the site integrity and quality.
- The ability to assess and recommend what is needed, including reducing copy for the web.
- Experience creating, supporting nonEnglish international websites working with different countries languages and translations.
- Setting and managing expectations with stakeholders in multiple regions.
- Use of Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Digital Asset Manager & HTML, understanding of Adobe Analytics, SEO, taxonomy, A/B testing, redirect implementation.
- Ability to create and resize graphics in Photoshop.
- Hold relevant marketing or digital qualifications.
