Experience: 1 to 3 years
Soft Skills: Good Communication Skills (written and verbal) in English, analytical and logical reasoning
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & Good typing speed
Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling the requests for missing contents on different databases
Keep track of problems/issues in queries/requests and to escalate it to the clients accordingly
Tackle challenging situations (such as incorrect status, miscommunication etc.) through quick logical response and effective communication
Monthly reports preparation and update process documents
Follow timelines and deliver within SLA
Train new joinees
Conduct quality audits as per process requirements
