As a Field Marketing Executive at Nirmal Bricks and Blocks, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with construction sites, contractors, builders, and potential clients.

Your primary objective will be to promote our range of building materials, generate leads, and secure orders to drive sales growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct regular visits to construction sites, builders, contractors, and other potential clients to promote our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new opportunities for business development.
  • Identify and understand the specific needs and requirements of clients, providing tailored solutions and product recommendations accordingly.
  • Present product demonstrations and technical information to clients, highlighting the benefits and advantages of our building materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and initiatives to meet sales targets.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to management for review and analysis.
  • Ensure timely followup on leads, inquiries, and client communications to facilitate smooth sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote brand awareness and expand our customer base.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times, maintaining integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

Pay:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
