MAT Responsibilities:
- Close new deals and increase in customers acquisition
- Build relationships with existing customers
- Organizing market event to cultivate new leads within the sales territory
- Travel throughout the territory and visit VLE and customers on a recurring basis
- Manage, mentor and capaciybuilding of multiple VLE's simultaneously
- Maintain records of all VLE and customer accounts
- Forecasting sales
- Represent the brand during all VLE, customer and prospect interactions
- Educate VLE on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
- Monitor the company's competitors, new products, and market conditions
MAT Requirements:
- Graduation or degree or diploma in business, communications, marketing, economics, or a similar field
- Familiarity with different sales techniques
- Self motivated and driven
- Comfortable on the phone
- Competitive attitude
- Conversational/interpersonal skills
- Sharp sales
- Able to work independently
Salary:
₹120, ₹180,000.00 per year
