• Contacting and following up with new prospective clients and setting up site visits
• Convert prospects into customers by providing a tour of the building, show flat, and other amenities
• Plan approaches and pitches
• Build relationships with new clients
• Attending existing clients at site and coordinating with them on the phone, handling incoming enquiry calls, preparing daily lead generation report, sourcing, CRM, following up with leads, preparing prospect list networking
• Communicate with channel partners and brokers
• Addressing any queries, doubts of the CPs and prospective buyers to maintain a healthy and professional approach
• Be able to source and close clients by self
• Cold calling leads to inform them of our offering, and provide them an overview
• Attending developer meetings & channel partner orientations as and when required.
• Participate in Negotiation meeting with buyer & developer
• Coordinate with customers who have booked a flat for follow up on payments, stamp duty registration, loan documentation

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Good written English skills
• Strong people skills
• Bachelors degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Prior experience in real estate sales is a must

• Day shift

• Bhandarkar Road, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
