1. Team Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of.

Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development.
Effectively manage and allocate resources to meet project timelines and deliverables.

2. Project Management

:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee the development life cycle of.

NET projects from initiation to delivery.

Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

3. Technical Expertise

:

Possess a strong understanding of.

NET technologies and frameworks.

Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in.

NET development.

Provide technical guidance to the development team and participate in code reviews.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise.

4. Collaboration

:

Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and infrastructure teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Foster effective communication and collaboration between team members and other departments.

5. Quality Assurance

:

Ensure the development team adheres to coding standards and best practices.
Participate in the identification and resolution of software defects and issues.

6. Documentation

:

Oversee the documentation of technical specifications, architecture, and project plans.
Ensure that documentation is maintained and updated throughout the development life cycle.

Must have skills

:

-
5+ years of experience core, MVC 3 \ MVC 4, WebAPI \.Net Core, WCF, C#, MySql \ SQL Server.

:

Good to have experience with Java and Microservices, Kotlin with Micronaut or Spring Boot.
Working Knowledge of ElasticSearch.
Working knowledge of Containerization like Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
Should have good experience in
AWS/GCP/Azure

Should have good experience in
MicroServices & Serverless Architecture

Strong understanding on Unit testing
Front End tool like Angular/React integration
Experience in
Architecture diagrams, Schema, DSD, FSD, Design pattern.

Drive the technical strategy and lead team(s) in meeting the strategic objectives, customer experience
Experience in
code reviews, architectural reviews, functional reviews and estimations.

Qualifications

:

BE or Equivalent CSE/IT.
Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and problemsolving skills.
Selfstarter with strong organizational and time management skills, selfdirected.
