ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To provide excellent customer service.
Calling the insurance carriers to get insurance benefits of the patients, status of claims, denial management and account receivables.
Willing to work in any process pertaining to voice based on the requirement
Maintaining daily productivity and quality targets.
Communicate in a professional manner with customers at all times.
Work cohesively in a team setting. Assist team members to achieve shared goals.
Should be flexible with working in the night shift and Cab facility is available.

Qualification:
Any Graduation or Diploma
