    Description
    1. Assist the sales team in achievingsales targets and objectives.
    2. Handle customerinquiries and provide product information pricing andquotations.
    3. Process sales orders and ensureaccurate and timely delivery ofproducts.
    4. Coordinate with production logisticsand other departments to ensure timely orderfulfillment.
    5. Maintain and update customerdatabase and sales records.
    6. Prepare salesreports including sales performance analysis andforecasts.
    7. Assist in the organization of salesevents trade shows and promotionalactivities.
    8. Handle customer complaints andissues ensuring timely resolution.
    9. Collaboratewith the marketing team to develop sales and marketingmaterials.
    10. Keep abreast of industry trendscompetitors and marketconditions.
    Qualificationsand Skills:
    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Engineering Marketing or relatedfield.
    • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinatoror similar role in the engineeringindustry.
    • Strong knowledge of sales principlesand customer service practices.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRMsoftware.
    • Ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment and multitask effectively.
    • Strongorganizational and time managementskills.
    • Attention to detail andaccuracy.
