Responsibilities:
-
Outreach and Communication:


  • Contact potential clients or students through outbound calls to provide information about our services.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide detailed explanations about programs, services, and enrollment procedures.

Counseling and Guidance:


  • Conduct telephonic counseling sessions to understand the needs and goals of individuals.
  • Provide guidance on suitable programs or services based on the individual's preferences, qualifications, and career aspirations.

Enrollment Support:


  • Follow up with prospective clients or students to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Database Management:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of interactions and outcomes in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Compile and analyze data related to inquiries, conversions, and feedback.

Feedback and Improvement:


  • Gather feedback from potential clients or students to understand their needs and improve the counseling process.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement improvements based on feedback and industry trends.

Target Achievement:


  • Meet or exceed enrollment targets through effective telephonic counseling and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales or enrollment team to contribute to overall organizational goals.

Adherence to Policies:


  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, ethical guidelines, and legal requirements in all interactions and communications.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
