    • Very strong expertise in AI Ops tools, Servicenow ITSI, Work load Management.
    • Sound experience on performance and scalability of applications.
    • End to end responsible for identifying use cases, designing and delivery in production, Platform integration.
    • Coordination with users, Service Management.
    • Ensuring the Certifications and Technical requirements.

    Scripting :
    PowerShell, python, Macro, shell scripting,php.


    Automation/DevOps Tool :
    CA IT PAM, Ansible, Microsoft System, Centre Orchestrator (Scorch), ServiceNow ,Orchestrator, Jenkins, Kafka.


    Business Intelligence Tool :
    PowerBI.


    Version control :
    GIT, Gitlab.


    Web Services :
    Rest.


    JavaScript :
    Node JS.


    Web Technologies :
    PHP, jQuery, Ajax, HTML/CSS.


    RDBMS :

    Overview :

    The ServiceNow VA Developer / Automation Senior developer plays a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to automate and streamline business processes.

    This position is essential in ensuring that ServiceNow technology aligns with business objectives and supports efficient service delivery.


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Design and develop ServiceNow applications and automation solutions to optimize business processes.
    • Implement solutions in ServiceNow VA to improve incident, problem, change, and request management processes.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow.
    • Configure and enhance ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
    • Create and customize ServiceNow VA forms, workflows, and reports to support organizational requirements.
    • Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with thirdparty tools and applications.
    • Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and testing to ensure system stability and performance.
    • Provide technical expertise and guidance to support the ongoing improvement of ServiceNow capabilities.
    • Document technical designs, system architecture, and process workflows related to ServiceNow implementations.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure ServiceNow solutions align with ITIL best practices and organizational standards.
