    Description
    We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior React.

    js Developer with 5 to 10 years of experience to lead the design and development of complex web applications.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, with expertise in React.

    js and related technologies.

    As a Senior Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable and maintainable solutions, mentor junior developers, and drive best practices for front-end development.


    Key Responsibilities :

    Front-end Development :

    • Design and develop user interfaces for web applications using and related libraries and frameworks.
    • Implement responsive and accessible designs that deliver optimal user experience across different devices and browsers.

    Component-based Architecture :

    • Architect and implement reusable and scalable components following best practices and design patterns.
    • Ensure consistency and maintainability of codebase by enforcing coding standards and conventions.

    State Management :

    • Manage application state using state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
    • Optimize performance and minimize rerenders by efficiently managing component state and props.

    API Integration :

    • Integrate with backend APIs and services to fetch and manipulate data using RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
    • Handle asynchronous operations and data fetching using promises, async/await, or other techniques.

    Testing and Quality Assurance :

    • Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure the reliability and robustness of frontend components and features.
    • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and consistency.

    Performance Optimization :

    • Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize the performance of web applications using techniques such as code splitting, lazy loading, and caching.
    • Monitor and analyze application performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

    Required Skills and Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 5 to 10 years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on and modern web technologies.
    • Proficiency in JavaScript ES6+ and TypeScript, with a strong understanding of core concepts and best practices.
    • Extensive experience building responsive and accessible web applications using HTML5 and CSS3/SASS/LESS.
    • Deep understanding of concepts such as components, JSX, virtual DOM, and hooks.
    • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
    • Strong knowledge of modern frontend build tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
    • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to debug complex issues in frontend code.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment.
