Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with our learners and helping them in resolving their queries
- Explaining learners about the different payment modes & guiding for the same
- Building rapport with the learners
- Listening and solving their queries
- Dealing with repeated queries
- Handling Zoom & CRMs
- Working on proper documentation and preparing charts and various reports
- Handling data backup (storage)
Requirements:
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
- Proficient in MS Office
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Reliability
- Good coordination skills
- Proficiency in documentation process.
Job Types:
Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay:
₹120, ₹180,000.00 per year
