Summary:

As a Website Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing website development projects from inception to completion.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web designers, developers, content creators, and stakeholders, to ensure successful delivery of website projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:
Develop project plans, define project scope, set project timelines, and create budgets. Monitor and manage project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise.

Stakeholder Management:
Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and manage expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to foster effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Resource Allocation:
Allocate resources, including personnel, tools, and equipment, effectively to ensure efficient project delivery. Manage and optimize resource utilization, identify resource gaps, and take corrective actions as needed.

Quality Assurance:
Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure that website projects meet defined standards and specifications. Conduct regular quality checks and reviews to identify and resolve any issues or defects.

Risk Management:
Identify and assess project risks and develop risk mitigation plans. Proactively manage and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize impacts on project timelines, budgets, and quality.

Budget and Financial Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimates, expenditures, and financial reporting. Monitor project financials to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and take corrective actions as needed.

Documentation and Reporting:
Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related artifacts. Prepare and present project status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management as required.

Team Leadership:
Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, including web designers, developers, content creators, and other stakeholders. Foster a collaborative team environment, motivate team members, and resolve conflicts to ensure successful project delivery.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in project management, computer science, web development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in website project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of website projects.
• Strong understanding of web development technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide crossfunctional teams towards project success.
• Proficient in project management software, tools, and techniques.
• Knowledge of web design and development principles, including UX/UI, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS).
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and web analytics.
• Professional certifications in project management, web development, or related fields are a plus.
