Job Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:
■ Identify and approach potential clients in the assigned industrial belt.
■ Promote and sell our premium product, EFIL filler masterbatch, showcasing its unique features and benefits.
■ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities for upselling.
Market Analysis:
■ Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
■ Provide valuable insights and feedback to the management team for strategic decision-making.
Customer Service:
■ Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
■ Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Communication and Reporting:
■ Maintain regular communication with the backend support team and update the team about latest market trends in your assigned area.
■ Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and
customer feedback as per provided formats.
Professionalism:
■ Represent the company with the utmost professionalism.
■ Ensure a formal and well-groomed appearance during all client interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in English and Tamil.
- Any domain marketing experience is welcome.
- Formal and professional dressing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confidence and ability to engage with potential clients effectively.
- Must have a personal bike/car for travel.
- Sincere and dedicated work ethic.
