Responsibilities:
- To attend health insurance customer queries and provide solutions and assist as per the company guidelines
- To assist the existing customers for renewal of their policy with updated plans and benefits.
- To provide alternate product offerings to the customer and Cross Sell.
- To adhere call quality parameters and provide best customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
Fresher or Experience in BFSI sales, Demat Account, Credit card, Insurance
Good communication Skills Is Required especially in ENGLISH and HINDI
Graduate (Full Time Course Only)
AGE: 30 or below 30
