Responsibilities:


Social Media Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Content Creation:
Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and interactive content.

Account Management:
Manage and maintain the organization's social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency and up-to-date information.

Community Engagement:
Foster positive relationships with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Audience Targeting:

Identify and analyze the target audience, tailor content to their interests and preferences, and continuously expand our online following.

Campaign Management:
Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions, including paid advertising, contests, and giveaways.

Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze social media metrics, track performance, and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Competitive Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' social media activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

Crisis Management:
Respond effectively to any negative comments, reviews, or social media crises to protect and enhance the brand's reputation.

Social Media Advertising:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and targeting.

Stay Updated:

Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and suggest innovative strategies to drive engagement and growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and content creation abilities.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Knowledge of SEO and online marketing strategies is a plus.
