Purpose
The role holder is responsible for gaining the Trust and Respect of Product owners, Senior leadership while
being able to deliver solutions that best fit the business goals and objectives. The overall objective of this role
industry standard and best practices to help achieve Organization vision.

Key Responsibilities
Interact with Procurement Product owners to understand the business and technical requirements,
contribute to the development of the product roadmap, develop high level design, and lead the
Business area (Fieldglass/Ariba/Concur/VIM).
Subject Matter Expert on Fieldglass modules - SOW, Contingent Worker and Profile Worker along
with Reporting Capabilities
based on business requirements, ability to configure business workflows
A very good understanding of SAP Applications - Ariba/MM, Concur and Vendor Invoice
Management
Integration Knowledge and understanding the business processes of SAP Fieldglass with other ERP
Solutions like SAP ECC or S/4 HANA for PO integration and / Or Invoice Integration
Build relationship with the business team, assist in helping to identify and resolve Technical
challenges or Process gaps with best industry standard solutions.
Ability to contribute to the continuous development of self and other team members
Technical/business acumen
Assist in the management and delivering of Large/Medium/Small size projects
Participate in internal/cross functional discussions, Agile team meetings, project scoping, functional
reviews, specifications, technical reviews for assigned modules in an Agile environment

Preferred Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree / University degree in Engineering / Technology (B.Tech / B.E. / BCA), Master's
Degree would be an added advantage
8 to 10 Years of working experience in all SAP Fieldglass modules along with good understanding on
SAP Ariba, Concur and VIM Business processes with integrations to other ERPs.
Technical Skills Proficiency
Knowledge of all Fieldglass Modules Specialist
Knowledge of Fieldglass system Integrations, Data flows, Connectors Specialist
Knowledge of Configuration manager roles and activities Specialist


Job Description:
