MBI Digital is looking for an
Operations Administrator with 6+ yrs experience managing and coordinating the day-to-day business operational activities supporting a global delivery model for Offshore and Onshore resources.


Roles and responsibilities

  • Data Management and Reporting:
  • Collect data and maintain accurate company or departmental records.
  • Utilize Google Docs, MS Office, and other relevant software to create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update records for onshore and offshore resources, including employee personnel records, certification completion, project documentation, and operational processes
  • Maintain a list of vendors with contract type and related details and keep vendor status up to date
  • Conduct management meetings, prepare agenda for the meeting, and taking meeting notes
  • Provide timely reports to management executives, outlining group productivity and workplace improvements
  • Delivery Operations Management:
  • Manage end to end activities for MBI Digital's India Offshore development center, sending employee information to Insurance Providers, tracking laptop inventory and assisting with employee letters
  • Assist payroll department by providing employee information on leaves and employee benefits, Full and final settlement
  • Process Documents for Onshore and Offshore Contractors and Employees
  • Work on new policy creation, policy changes and updation
  • Administer performance management program by monitoring employee appraisals and salary revisions.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
  • Operational Governance
  • First point of contact for employees and contractors to address questions on company policies, leaves, insurance, employee related information etc.
  • Coordinate and manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT Industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of managing records and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Good attitude and interpersonal skills with aptitude to learn and adapt
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience working in a global delivery model supporting onshore, offshore teams is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of project management principles and tools is a plus.
