In this role, Independently manages assigned RTR activities, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance. Acts as a subject matter expert for junior team members and contributes to process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
.Navision required but not must.
.Interpersonal savvy, time management, technical learner, and problem solving.
.Minimal Travel Required (- 2x per year).
.Experience in business including management experience
.Supervisory experience
.Account reconciliation experience
.End to End experience in Journal entries, Month end process, GL close
.Knowledge of retail point of sale
.Supervisory/management skills
.Ability to use and have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
.Ability to reconcile accounts, troubleshooting and research effectively
.Organize and express ideas clearly, concisely and accurately, verbally and in writing
. Excellent interpersonal skills
.Possess strong sense of urgency (makes it happen)
.Maintain records in a logical, user-friendly system
.Strong detail orientation
.Strong problem solving ability
.Ability to identify what needs to be done and proactively execute
.Ability to be assertive and to work unsupervised
.Exp in Finance or IT.
.Expert in Microsoft Excel, proficiency in Microsoft NAV, Jet Reports.
.Experience with SQL, XML editor, and Longview a plus. Must be technically savvy84/23.
.High attention with strong time management and analytical problem-solving skills, ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently.
Qualifications we seek in you
.BS in Accounting required.
.Bachelor's degree (business preferred) and or equivalent experience
.CPA Candidate preferred
.Bachelors Degree in Finance or IT
