Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Trained Digital Marketing Fresher with excellent communication skills to join our dynamic team.
As a Trained Digital Marketing Fresher, you will utilize your knowledge and expertise in digital marketing to support and execute various digital marketing strategies.
This role is ideal for individuals who have received formal training in digital marketing and possess strong communication skills. Proficiency in WordPress and design knowledge would be valuable asset.Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitors, and use the insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for website, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms that align with the brand's voice and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics, and generate reports to provide valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content, monitoring audience engagement, and responding to inquiries and comments.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and dashboards to showcase campaign performance and key metrics to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including designers, content writers, and developers, to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/diploma/certification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Completion of a recognized digital marketing training program or certification.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices across various channels.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and information.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to analyze data, derive insights, and make datadriven decisions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Pay:
₹8, ₹28,249.47 per month
