  • Lead the operations and compliances for a debt focused category II AIF;
  • Verification of documents received from investors and ensuring smooth investor onboarding process;
  • Coordinating with CAMS to ensure correct and timely accounting and book keeping for the AIF;
  • Managing routine compliances for the AIF
  • SEBI compliance reports, trustee compliance report, annual audit, etc;
  • Coordinating with CAMS / accounts team to ensure compliance with tax compliances
  • TDS deduction, TDS returns, income tax return, Form 64, FATCA returns, etc
  • Providing information requested by Credit rating agencies as per format requested by them;
  • Ensuring safe keeping of original documents;
  • Creating MIS and regular reporting to management and various stakeholders;
