Responsibilities:
• Support and drive collaboration (brown bags, sharing,
mentoring of staff) across teams
• Driving technology and practice that will help in
continuous improvement, measured against the
following metrics
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies
• Project issues are minimised and can be supported in
the production environment
• Initiatives deliver to IT Strategy, Build, integration and
test automation\continuous improvement
• Feedback from peers\colleagues\Project and Delivery
Managers
• Quality,, speed to market/delivery metrics – measure
includes but is not limited to these metrics
