Tele Sales Officer - Loan and Credit Card

As a Tele Sales Officer specializing in loans and credit cards, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our financial products and services through effective telephone communication.
You will be responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their financial requirements, and recommending suitable loan and credit card options to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:1.
Customer Engagement:
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our loan and credit card products.
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from prospective customers regarding our financial offerings.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of our loan and credit card products.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements related to loans and credit cards. 3.
Needs Assessment:
Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify the financial requirements and objectives of each customer.
Recommend appropriate loan and credit card solutions based on the customer's financial profile and preferences.
Sales Performance:
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) established by the sales management team.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using our CRM system.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering assistance throughout the sales process.
Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
Sound knowledge of banking products, particularly loans and credit cards, along with an understanding of credit policies and risk assessment.
Goal-oriented mind-sets with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
