Commercial Sales - Tele Calling
Brickfolio is a full-service property consultancy firm, offering commercial Real Estate, settlement, insurance, property management and corporate relocation.
Based in county's prime hub like Pune, Brickfolio deals in corporate real estate as well as residential providing services like ROI proposals, commercial leasing, outright, expansion, loans, funds and many more.
Location:
Pune, Maharashtra
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the commercial real estate sector.
Identify and qualify potential leads by understanding their business needs and requirements.
Provide information about available commercial properties, leasing options, and investment opportunities.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Schedule appointments for property viewings and consultations with the sales team.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and information.
Keep accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively communicate relevant information to clients.
Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
Proven experience in telecalling or a similar role, preferably in the commercial real estate sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and articulate complex commercial real estate concepts.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
Knowledge of commercial real estate market trends is a plus.
Must be proactive and target-driven.
Minimum of Graduation
Previous experience in commercial real estate tele-calling is highly desirable.
Salary:
₹12, ₹30,000.00 per month
