Description

Responsibilities:

-
Problem Resolution: Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer issues, guiding them through troubleshooting steps, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our software products to effectively communicate features, benefits, and technical details to clients.

Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our support system.

Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaboration: Work closely with the technical support team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.

Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to contribute to product improvement.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support or related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities.
  • Familiarity with software products and technical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Customercentric approach with a focus on delivering highquality service.

Salary:
₹10, ₹18,121.97 per month
