MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handling of Front Office of the hospital.
  • Registration of patients.
  • Filing and maintenance of all documents pertaining to front office.
  • Preparation and maintenance of records of patients registered.
  • Familiarize self with all preparations needed for various noninvasive investigations done on patients and instruct patient accordingly.
  • Regulate patient movement to prevent congestion in any area.
  • Coordinating health check up for company patients.
  • Maintain the list of information broachers kept in the reception and update as and when required.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the reception area.
  • Maintain good interpersonal relationship within the department and also with the other staff of the hospital.
  • Be courteous to patients and their attendants.
  • Any other work assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as front desk position
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problemsolving skills
  • Customer service orientation
Qualification

  • Minimum Graduation
Experience - 2 to 4 Years in Hospital.

Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Evening shift
  • Morning shift
