Description
The Purchase Executive will support the purchasing and procurement activities within the organization.

This provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement processes, vendor management, negotiation, and supply chain operations, work closely with the purchasing team to assist in sourcing products, analyzing market trends, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the procurement function.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in communicating with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to gather information about products, pricing, and availability.
  • Support the preparation of purchase orders and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Help manage relationships with existing suppliers, addressing inquiries and building a strong rapport.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and communicating with the relevant departments to ensure adequate stock levels.

Pay:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
