Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities and Accountability:

Adherence to information security & privacy related concept of the business unit
Support the business owner in ensuring the business operations are as per the security expectations set corporate, regional, domain specific etc.
Support the business owner in audits and other security compliance checks internal and external
Responsible for all the operational activities of business unit pertaining to information security and privacy
Be a catalyst and support all information security initiatives of the business unit
Be a SPoC for all the information security & privacy related queries and issues

Specific Tasks:

Responsible for ISP, Enterprise security and GDPR requirements of the business owner
Responsible for filling IS-DS checklists of products and projects
Responsible for Operator-Self Checks of products
Responsible Access Management topics such as Application Approval Control, Application Authorization Concept. IT Role Catalog, IT Risk Catalog
ISP, Enterprise security and GDPR consultancy in products and projects such as Data and Security Class Classification, Data Categories, Alignment with Retention Period, Data Protection Concept, Deletion Concept, Security topics in Operational Manual, Risk Assessments, Privacy Notice, Business Impact and Protection Requirements Analysis
Responsible for Data Concept, Non-Standard Software checks and User-Id checks
Alignment with Central departments

Qualifications:

Minimum education level:
Graduation in any stream or Engineering

German language proficiency B2 level required

Additional Information

Decent understanding of
- information security concepts and related technologies
- identity and access management concepts and related technologies

Operational experience on information assurance/ identity management /IT-ITES or any other related area

Good understanding of information security and user access frameworks in the organization

Familiarity with organizational information security and identity management systems, policies, procedures and security practices

Familiarity with legal, regulatory and other compliance needs in the area of information security and identity and access management

Good knowledge and experience on typical organizational structure and functional dynamics

Willingness to work in US work timing from India location
