ANGARAI is looking for a Contract and Delivery Executive to support our business.

They will review the company's contracts before entering a contract, analyse all clauses, stipulations, obligations and liabilities and ensure they suit the company.

They will also be responsible for issuing invoices and updating customer records, and sending out monthly billing statements


Major roles and responsibility:

The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Prepare receipts, and checks and maintain current records of collected payments, sent invoices, and updated information.
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable by generating accurate, complete, and timely invoices.
  • Prepare and maintain dashboards.
  • Interact with Clients and customers and manage relationships.
  • Approve invoices post verification and validation with the respective timecards and reports.
  • Maintain and document all the project performances.
  • Inform stakeholders on their outstanding deadlines.
  • Read and followthrough on contract issues.
  • Recommend and draft contract provisions and amendments.
  • Review Vendor/partner/subcontractor contract terms and conditions.
  • Ensure contract terms comply with legal requirements and policies.
  • Document processes and maintaining files.
  • Understand and interpret contract requirements, obligations, and risks.
  • Discuss with management on amendments and settlements.
  • Comply counterpart contract terms with legal requirements and policies.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- * Bachelor's degree in Business, or in any related field

  • Experience in invoice generation
  • Understanding of relevant laws, rules and regulations
  • Knowledge on MS Office
  • Professional written and verbal Communication
  • Good time Management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Exceptional Negotiation skills

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • UK shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Chennai ,

Tamil Nadu:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
