Position:
Female English Telecaller


Role:
Engage with potential customers over the phone, promote products/services, generate leads, and provide excellent customer support.


Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to prospects and introduce our offerings.
  • Handle inbound calls, address inquiries, and resolve issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Acquire indepth knowledge of products/services for effective pitching.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM software.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:


  • Female with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills and adaptability.
