Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:Collaborate with the Founder, CEO and the Leadership team to
develop, plan and implement Organisation
- s 2030 strategy, ensuring we achieve the goals.

Team Management:Lead and mentor the Leadership team fostering a culture of
collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Program Scale up:Manage the programs at every stage and continuously monitor the
program performance with a data driven analytical approach to measure the program
impact. Take key decisions helping the programs to become more effective, scale and
sustain. Employ an iterative process improvement methodology to improve the programs.

Innovation: Manage the design, development and growth of the Organisation's Innovation
Engine across the programs. Explore and implement opportunities for AI/GenAI across
Organisation with the Innovation team.

Monitoring, Research, Evaluation & Learning: Strategies, plan and build out the M&E
function at Organisation. Plan and implement projects across M&E and Research for impact
assessment. Oversee and manage the research activities and M&E.

Thought Leadership & Strategic Partnerships: Develop deep relationships with the
Government at the Central and State levels by engaging in regular meetings, reviews and
events. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations with NGOs,
hospitals, and government agencies to expand program reach and impact. Represent
Organisation in local and international conferences as a speaker, host webinars /
conferences in maternal and child health, publish white papers and articles across national
and international platforms.

Resource Mobilization & Communications: Identify and develop fundraising
opportunities, engage with donors and stakeholders to secure financial support for our
initiatives. Oversee the communications plan and deployment for Organisation.

Technology & Content Management:Guide the technology and content teams to deliver
based on program design and goals.

Financial & HR Management / Compliance: Develop and manage budgets, utilisation,
and forecasts. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures to
ensure the sustainability of our operations. Ensure compliance and provide regular reports
to the Board. Lead the HR department in talent acquisition, team development, and
operations. Oversee and roll-out a talent development plan.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in healthcare and technology operations leadership, preferably in the
- Strong understanding of the Indian public health landscape, regulations, and challenges.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing technology solutions and content development
- Excellent leadership, program management, and team management skills.
- Master's degree in relevant fields and/or MBA preferred.
Salary:
Up to ₹6,000,000.00 per year
